വൈദിക സൂക്തങ്ങള് കൊണ്ട് മാത്രം ഇന്ന്ശുദ്ധരായ ശാന്തിക്കാര്ക്ക് രക്ഷയില്ല. അവര് അറിഞ്ഞിരിക്കേണ്ട ഭരണഘടനാപരമായ പുതിയ സൂക്തങ്ങള് ദേവസ്വം ഭരണ ആചാര്യന്മാര് ദര്ശിച്ച് രഹസ്യമായ നിയമം ആക്കുന്നു. അവയില് ഒന്നാമത്തെ സൂക്തം ഇതാകാം.
